Day Clock（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本アプリは、ユーザーの個人データを収集、保存、または第三者と共有しません。

位置情報の使用

本アプリは、現在の天気と気温を表示する目的でのみ、ユーザーの位置情報を使用します。位置情報は以下の通り処理されます：

• 位置情報は天気情報の取得にのみ使用されます
• 位置情報はデバイス上でのみ処理され、開発者のサーバーには送信されません
• 天気データの取得には Open-Meteo API（オープンソースの天気API）を使用します
• Open-Meteo APIへのリクエストには緯度・経度のみが含まれ、個人を特定する情報は含まれません
• 位置情報の使用は任意であり、許可しなくても本アプリの主要機能（曜日時計）は使用できます

第三者サービス

本アプリは天気情報の取得にOpen-Meteo API（https://open-meteo.com）を使用します。Open-Meteoは無料のオープンソース天気APIであり、APIキーやユーザー登録は不要です。Open-Meteoのプライバシーポリシーについては、同サービスのウェブサイトをご確認ください。

データの保存

本アプリの設定（カラーテーマの選択など）はデバイス上のみに保存されます。クラウドへの同期は行いません。

お子様のプライバシー

Overview

Day Clock ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. The App does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

Location Usage

The App uses your location solely to display current weather and temperature. Location data is handled as follows:

• Location is used only for fetching weather information
• Location data is processed on your device only and is not sent to the developer's servers
• Weather data is fetched using the Open-Meteo API (an open-source weather API)
• Only latitude and longitude are included in API requests; no personally identifiable information is transmitted
• Location access is optional; the main clock functionality works without location permission

Data Collection

The App does not collect:

• Personal information (name, email, etc.)
• Usage data
• Analytics data
• Crash reports
• Advertising identifiers

Third-Party Services

The App uses the Open-Meteo API (https://open-meteo.com) for weather data. Open-Meteo is a free, open-source weather API that requires no API key or user registration. Please refer to Open-Meteo's website for their privacy policy.
